IHCPA Charges, Payment & Refund Policy

Our fees reflect the time, expertise, and professional judgment involved in preparing and completing your accounting and tax work. Estimates provided are based on initial information and may change if the scope or complexity increases.

Service Scope

IHCPA charges for file preparation, advisory consultation, and compliance work. Fees are due upon completion of the service or upon delivery of agreed portions of work.

Non-Refundable Fees

Once a tax return, report, or financial statement is prepared, fees become non-refundable. This applies even if the client chooses not to file or proceed with submission to CRA.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest as outlined in the engagement letter. IHCPA accepts major payment methods and ensures secure processing.

Correction Policy

If an error is identified due to IHCPA’s oversight, we will correct it promptly at no cost. Errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate client information are the client’s responsibility.
